Doll Artists Against Illegal Doll Makers

Dear fellow doll sculptors, reborn artists, and collectors. This graphic represents a change that is currently taking place in our doll community to help combat & get rid of doll makers who are stealing our sculpts and then remanufacturing them in silicone and vinyl...and then marketing them as their own original works. Doll Artists Against Illegal Doll Makers is an International Association of dollmakers, reborn artists, collectors etc. who have come together to say enough is enough. We will no longer tolerate this theft in our community and our cause will gather proof to bring any and all persons, organizations, businesses or collectors that are doing so to justice. Just as this practice of copying & manufacturing another's work is illegal. So is buying and receiving stolen goods. In the eyes of the law you are just as guilty for facilitating the crime...so make sure that you are only buying authentic kits, dolls and products. If you are a person that is against the harm this is doing to our sculptors and some unknowing buyers. Come join us to bring awareness and support this effort. Please be advised that use of this graphic constitutes that you agree that you will not buy, sell, reborn or support illegal doll makers or their products. This includes posting pictures of illegal dolls for sale. Moving forward no stolen dolls in whole or in part will be allowed in any contest or able to qualify for any awards. For those of you who still support or believe that it is ok to buy a stolen doll. Get used to being blacklisted. There is now zero tolerance for these illegal dolls and many sculptors including myself have already committed to not ever selling another doll to anyone found buying or supporting the ripping off of our work. Many of you may be surprised, but copyright infringement does cross borders. So up until now you may have thought that you are untouchable being from a different country, but I highly suggest that you rethink those incorrect thoughts and cease your illegal reproduction of our works. If not, our association of artists will come together with the help of our attorney's, local governments, FBI, CIA and government embassies to ensure that you are stopped.
To everyone else that is honest, runs an honest business or still has integrity in your buying/collecting practices.
